Glow Vinyasa
Glow Vinyasa is a well rounded, fast paced, breath to movement 60 minute class that includes a peak pose with 104 degree infrared heat.
Glow Flow
Glow Flow is a candlelit , well rounded, breath to movement 60 minute class that ends with a short guided meditation and 104 degree infrared heat.
HIIT/Barre Yoga
Glow’s HIIT/Barre combo class starts with a yoga warm up, moves into a high intensity class that can include weights and interval training and ends with a yoga cool down all in 90 degree infrared heat.
Slow Flow
Slow Flow is a well rounded 45 minute class that focuses on breath but allows the yogi to settle into poses and explore the depth of each pose while enjoying the benefits of 90 degree infrared heat.
Yin/Nidra
Glow’s Yin/ Nidra Class is 90 minutes with props and incorporates yin and sleep yoga with 90 degree infrared heat.
